Ambassadors of Plastic win 2011 City Championship

Making their first tournament appearance in the City Championship, the Ambassadors of Plastic
(Munster, IN) have captured the Hometown Cup by defeating the Krook Kounty Killaz (Tinley Park, IL),
10-7 in the title game at Migley Field. Full Results

Swing for the fences in the annual Home Run Derby at Migley Field. Winner takes home the Golden Bat.
Registration is open until the start of the event. Entry is $5 per person.
Hometown Days Fireworks
Friday Dusk | Olive Elementary Football Field
At dusk on Friday night, the Hometown Days festival kicks off with bang. The second annual fireworks
spectacular will light up the night sky throughout New Carlisle.
8th Annual City Championship
Saturday 10:00 AM | New Prairie Little League Complex
Whiffleball teams from across the Midwest will enter the tournament field for a shot at the Hometown Cup.
Registration deadline is July 21. Entry fee is $40 per team.
Parade presented by New Carlisle Business & Community Association
Saturday 12:00 PM | Michigan Street, Downtown
The annual parade makes its way down Michigan Street to downtown New Carlisle. Fire trucks, floats, the
New Carlisle Town Band, and the New Prairie Marching Cougars highlight this marquee event.
City Championship Final Four
Sunday 1:20 PM | Migley Field
The 2012 City Champions will be crowned on Sunday afternoon at Migley Field. The top four teams will
compete in the semifinals and finals on Whiffleball's Grandest Stage. Spectators are welcomed.
