SOUTH BEND - The South Bend Sour Chicken Muffs wasted no time responding to the New Carlisle Newts picking up four of their former Cult West teammates. Divisional alignment announced
NEW CARLISLE - Commissioner Alex Friedman has announced the highly-anticipated divisional alignment for the upcoming ORWBL season. After the most recent round of expansion, the league stands at 12 teams for the 2016 campaign. This season will mark the return of the traditional American League/National League split, which was not utilized in 2014 or 2015 due to the league having an odd number of teams. LA PORTE - Jared Emmons is back in a managerial seat for the first time since 2011, and his first task is to build a roster for his Galena Marsh Dabbers. While it's no secret the bulk of the team will consist of Emmons-era Pterodactyls players, he has already picked up a few of his former New Carlisle Newts teammates as well. Emmons unveils team name, logo, and location
LA PORTE - Former Pterodactyls owner Jared Emmons is back to run a franchise, as Commissioner Alex Friedman has approved a bid to bring an expansion team to the Galena Township area of La Porte. The new team will be called the Galena Marsh Dabbers and will compete in the National League. The team colors are blue and black.
