
Postseason format released
LA PORTE- Commissioner Alex Friedman has released the 2016 postseason format as June is already here. The league will continue to go with the all in format where all 12 teams reach the playoffs. Home field advantage for the World Series will be decided in the 2016 ORWBL All Star Game at Migley Field. The winners of each Division will earn a first round bye and will not have to play in the 1 game Wild Card Round. Below is the full postseason format: Wild Card: AL #6 vs. AL

NILES- One thing that separates ORWBL from other league's is the fact that each team has their own home ballpark. Throughout the years we have seen many great and no so great parks. Divisional alignment announced

After the most recent round of expansion, the league stands at 12 teams for the 2016 campaign. ORWBL welcomes two new teams
NEW CARLISLE - After the last minute withdrawal of the County Line Lakers before the 2014 season, the ORWBL operated with its fewest number of teams, seven, last season. Heading
into the 2015 campaign, two new teams are being added to the mix: the Bertrand Bombers
and the Saugany Lake White Lightning.
Located in Bertrand Township, Michigan, the Bombers are the ORWBL's first expansion team
