Former World Series MVP Anthony Rieff chooses Saugany Lake

NEW CARLISLE- After months of thinking time, one of the top free agents left on the market Anthony Rieff has decided to take his talents to Saugany Lake where his brother Austin also signed a couple of months ago.

Rieff won a World Series back with the Cult West Warriors before managing the South Bend Sour Chicken Muffs in 2016 and the South Bend Muffs in 2018. In 2017, Rieff played a key role in helping the Maple City Magic win their 1st ORWBL World Series title as he was named World Series MVP. Rieff also has a Rookie of the Year award to his name.

After an already successful offseason for the Landsharks, they now get another experienced player who has been a part of 2 championship teams. Rieff figures to play a key role in the leadership department as his previous accomplishments demand respect immediately.

After going 15-9 last season, the Landsharks surely look like they are in line for a very successful 2019 season.
