ORWBL's Brightest Stars
Held annually at the midpoint of each season, the ORWBL All-Star Game showcases the league's best players.
Various divisional alignments through ORWBL's history has caused the format of the game to change from year-to-year. However, when ORWBL operates a traditional AL-NL split, the All-Star Game has determined home-field advantage in the ORWBL World Series. However, the Commissioners office announced that the 2017 All Star Game would not be played for home field advantage and that it will be a 3 game series for the first time in league history.
After going back to one 9 inning game last year due to weather, the league returned to the Best of 3 format. Maple City's Alex Friedman managed the American League while New Carlisle's Koby Keck led the charge for the National League.
The American League won the 2020 ORWBL All Star game, sweeping the National League 3 games to zero. Maple City's Jared Jonkman and Mishawaka's Anthony Rieff were named co-MVP's. Jonkman homered twice in the AL's Game 1 (3-1) victory while Anthony Rieff hit the walk off homer to clinch the series in Game 2.
