Held annually at the midpoint of each season, the ORWBL All-Star Game showcases the league's best players.

 

Various divisional alignments through ORWBL's history has caused the format of the game to change from year-to-year.

The 17th ORWBL All Star Game and Home Run Derby were once again held at historic Migley Field.  Per usual, the Home Run Derby kicked off All Star festivities in 2023. Glen Lee's young star, Kade Stone became the first Skeeter to win the Home Run Derby as he took down Tyler Shupert, Ethan Bumgardner, Aiden Traxler, and Walter Griffin III to win it all.

The Matador Smith led American League All Star team then won Game 1 of the All Star Game but they were not able to finish it off.  Granger's Daivyn Davis stole the show as he belted 3 Home Runs over Games 2 & 3 to earn himself All Star Game MVP honors.  After dropping the first game 4-1, the National League bounced back to win Game 2, 7-2, before winning the rubber match, 6-3.
